This is a contract between you and cyberdrip. You must read and agree to these terms before using the cyberdrip service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. If you are a student age under 18, cyberdrip.com may need your parent or guardian’s consent before allowing you to use the service. - Billing Policies.
Certain aspects of the service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as cyberdrip.com may update them from time to time. cyberdrip may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change to you as provided in this Agreement.
- Renewals.
Cyberdrip subscriptions renew automatically using the payment details on file for your account. If you purchase a subscription with automatic renewal, you acknowledge and agree that cyberdrip.com are authorized to use the payment information on file for the renewal fee. Your subscription will renew monthly or annually on the same day of the month or year, respectively, as the date you made your initial purchase. This date will be included on your subscription confirmation receipt that will be emailed to you at the email you provide. You may cancel your gold membership account at any time from within the payments section of your profile. This will stop future subscription charges from accruing to your account.
- No Refunds.
You may cancel your cyberdrip account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. Cyberdrip may not offer partial or full refunds for membership early suspension, termination, or cancellation of a paid program, where the pricing and payment terms for the specific cyberdrip program expressly state that such refunds are available in such scenarios and/or as required by law. In the event that you cancel your account or cyberdrip suspends or terminates your account or this agreement for your breach of this agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any cyberdrip Indicators, any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
Payment Information; Taxes.
All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.

Deployment
Our process is simple enough for all business environments. Once invoice completed, deployment starts within 2 business days. Invoice will be generated based on number of subscriptions that are required by the client and will send an email. Once payment has been made via PayPal, business subscriptions are ready to deploy.
cyberdrip.com will provide access code based on number of accounts required by the client. Example: if the number of employees are 2630, access code cyberdrip.com generate which is valid for 2630 subscribers on our service. Employees can apply the code during registration of membership to appropriate service. We constantly track accounts to identify if the code has been shared with externally. Client is agreed to share the code through internal network only. If the organization willing to share the code with external party or contractors, representative must inform us in order to avoid banning from our service.
Renewal
Minimum duration for Premium Subscription’s 6 months period. Client can subscribe to our service for up to 6 years for better analysis and defense improvement purposes. cyberdrip.com do responsible to remind the business 25 days before expire service to avoid any service disruptions. Renewal process as similar as deployment process. New access coupon code will be providing to the client. Employees can easily apply the access code on “My Account” to continue using our service.
Service on demand
cyberdrip.com responsible of increasing the capacity based on subscriptions that are requested by the client. If the organization need to expand during or after subscribing our service, network expansion protocol will execute within 5 business days. For program improvement purposes, we do collect user response to specific question. Once user delete account, collected information will be deleted from storing systems.
Confidentiality
cyberdrip.com do not share, expose, client information or any identifiable information to third-party, for advertisement purposes. Our policy is strictly ruling the integrity in order to provide a trusted service. It is essential for customer, to keep the business confidentiality to safeguard network, users and other which applicable.
Exit from service
If our services don’t meet your business requirement, client can discontinue service after the period that subscribed. End of service, we are responsible to delete all employee accounts from our service within 12 business days. We do not collect any information after exit from our service. Our policy is embedded to provide trusted and better service.

Sharing link to access
Business subscriptions: Client is responsible to share the access link with employees as agreed (Internal and external). We do not send it individually to each employee in the business. Once service has been deployed, client is responsible to share the access code within the network and trusted third party if apply.
Unauthorized access to the cyberdrip company policy.
Cyberdrip pvt ltd not responsible, If a criminal or and organization attempt to access your personal or company device(s) without the permission. Operating system which provide by major software/hardware companies with government insider threat which defend by the cyberdrip device policy, privilege access or if those organizations been attacked or hijack by such malicious attempt.
